DSP email client doesn't handle email like a real email. Case in point: Drafts.
(1) I select a parent and click the email icon. I begin the email.
(2) I decide I need to stop and write someone else first.
(3) I save the draft.
(4) I select the new parent and click the email icon to begin a new email.
But here's where it whacks out: The draft I was working on for the PREVIOUS parent is now populated in the NEW parent's email field.
What?! I thought I was losing my mind. I wasn't ready to send the first email but apparently I either have to delete it entirely or go back to the first parent and send the email.
This is not a good way to go. It is far too easy for customers to not notice the name of the new person at the top and send the other person's email to the new person. It is far too inconvenient to lose your train of thought when you have to start the email over.
What should happen, like all email clients, is when you save a draft it goes into a draft folder tied to that person. OR give a warning prompt that closing the parent will lose all changes, with an OK or Continue? button.
Combine this with the broken Scheduled emails, and you have a mess. Please please please fix both. Soon.
