Have the ability to turn off dropped students in Attendance History

I do not use seasons (our classes are year long) and now when I check attendance history I see people that left years ago. I do not see a way to turn OFF this "new" feature. I look at attendance history each month to determine who missed classes and may not be returning. Seeing names from years ago is confusing at best. Please create a way to turn this NEW feature off so I only see current members in the attendance history. Others who want to see dropped students can just keep the feature turned on.
