Show student's waitlist or trial class in student's Notes

We want to be able to see when a student has requested waitlist and/or trial for a class. If a new student registers but doesn't sign up for a class but put themselves on a wait list, there is no way to know that unless you have a hunch and go through every single class' waitlist. It would be good to link them together.
