Currently, when you copy a season, there are some settings that don't carry over to the new version of the season. For example, you can select to "Copy Music", but the display names for the files are removed, and the tick box for sharing the files on the Parent Portal unticks itself. This is the same with Zoom class settings; the addresses and descriptions remove themselves when you copy a season. It would be awesome if this could be maintained, or if there was at least an option to select this when copying the season. It's such a headache to go through everything again to set up things you've already done int he past.
We have to reenter everything under Registration on the classes that are copied to a new season and if we miss doing that, there are students that register for classes they should not be allowed to and others that can't register for those classes we've put them in as an exception for. Also, any special pricing we have set up does not copy and that is even more difficult to find. Ideally, there would be a list of items that we can select if we want to copy that information like we select if we want to copy students or not.
