Print free tickets functionality

We had a parent who purchased tickets for the wrong event.

I looked in Help and there in no help topic on it other than there's a $1/ticket fee, but there is no topic on how to correct the situation like what I encountered. Please add a page on how to handle that (IDEA #1). Pamela told me to delete those tickets and then print free tickets in the correct event so I did that. Also please mention that that there is no refund given when the tickets are deleted.

IDEA #2: When I went to the correct date and selected the print free ticket option, I entered the quantity and that appears to be it--done, finished, charged. There is no confirmation prompt or warning of the fee.

It would be good to have a popup telling us that we will incur a $1/ticket fee for each ticket and then tell us to save it to PDF and print, and a Continue? or OK button to confirmation completion of the action.
