It would be a game changer if studios could schedule future transactions that would be applied to family accounts at a later date. This way studios could pre-date costume charges, competition fees, referral bonuses, etc... and they would appear and be applied at a future date, rather than showing up as a debit or credit right away.
You could expand this to include the option to schedule all transactions, including posting tuition to accounts, and adding nonrevenue credit adjustments.
THIS! I was thinking it would work just like a coupon code does, when a parent registers, they wouid get a referra;l code, and they can share their referral code with people and it would automatically show on their account, how many people and who they refereed. This is a huge incentive for current parents to use word of mouth. And if we could take it a step further and add a value to it. Like after 10 referrals they get a $10 credit on their account. WORD OF MOUTH IS BETTER ADVERTISING. I would rather pay my loyal parents for.
