I would like to be able to mark people as assistants instead of them all looking like teachers. I just added a bunch of people but they are not teachers. If there was a box that you could mark volunteer assistant, not paid and it would label them as an assistant. It would be also neat to have assistants show up on class info so families could see as well.
Could we also have at least two different types of assistants to choose from?
I have "helpers" who are on the younger side and end up onstage leading their class, so I need the system to include them with the class for ordering costumes, and in the class list for recital programs, using the recital wizard to schedule the shows, etc. But I don't want them listed as students in the class, as that could cause them to accidentally be charged for fees that don't apply to them.
I also have "interns". These are older dancers learning to be teachers. I would like them to be able to have access to things like Class Manager for taking attendance, without being listed as teachers.
In addition to this we have older dancers assist younger classes. Would be nice to have assistant be able to pick from list of active students also!
