Payroll improvements

There is so much information in the system regarding teachers and staff that it seems it would be easy to streamline it into more useful functions. Looking to use this to calculate payroll, it sort of does in a very elementary way, but it is not thorough enough to actually be useful.

1. Ability to calculate weekly payroll if you set your dates

2. This would include classes taught, office hours, and private lessons (all the different rates are already entered)

3. Ability to log a substitute teacher which would be calculated into this.

4. Ability for "office persons" to clock in- instead of just entering their hours. So that they can only clock in at time of arrival and not back log it.
