For tuition we offer incentives for those who want to pay more upfront...
Would love an option that offers a "pay in full" or "3-month payment plan". We offer % off if a client chooses one of those options. Being able to apply the payment to their account with ease would help us when they choose this option. It is difficult at times to apply payment to the 3-month payment clients, especially when we then add on competition and costumes fees, etc.
I wish parents had the option to select pay in full (with a set discount), quarterly, or monthly. We offer all and I'm struggling because I need to set up everything on quarterly but if anyone wants monthly or annual we need to manually change it! This is ALOT of extra work!!
we nearly went with LabStudio purely because of this. They have it made it really easy to set up the payment schdules..Lots of schools have yearly payment discount options and yet the only way to offer it on Studio pro seems to be to individually change the tuition for each student that pays in full. That require a huge amount of admin that is unnecessary ...
Yes! We need options for the parents! The percentages make is extremely confusing.
We have quarterly tuition payments that are prorated for famlies that join mid-season. This is not possible with DSP and forces us to create four different seasons when we really have one season with four different payments. Super confusing for families and not good for retention. Families often quit around quarterly tuition time because they think that the session is over... it's not over... the season goes until June, we're just collecting tuition!
I'd like the option to do every other month or just to pick the dates manually for the charges.
Yes please! I'm trying to figure out how to set up tiered monthly recurring memberships for quarterly, 6 months, and annual, but I don't think it's possible with DSP.
We offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly, and it would be SO NICE to have them select their option at the time of enrollment rather than us reach out to them individually, and then manually go in and set up their account...
