Inactive transaction codes

Hello all,

I think it would be a great idea in regards to transaction codes that if you make it inactive it will still stay active on the accounts as a permanent record. Also, if I delete a transaction code, that one should also be part of a permanent record. I went through to shorten my transaction codes by making the ones we only use at the beginning of the season (choreography fees, competitions we are not attending this season, summer camps/class tuition, etc...) and when my accounting did their reports nothing pulled up after I made them inactive. We have codes we use all year but some we use for a short time in the beginning of the season only or during the summer.
