Report for students who will be older than the class max age on a future date.

Every term (season) we run the future ages report for a date in the middle of the following term. We then go class by class and look at the students who are the same age as the class max, and then search the future age to see if they'll slip into the next age category the following term (in which case we'll be moving them up).

It would be fantastic if the system could check this automatically (fairly simple SQL query?) as this would save us hours every term. Even better if it could then offer the option to email all those parents to let the know.
