I would like if siblings could be grouped together automatically for payments. It would be more convenient if we could click a student, right from the students page, and it would show siblings dues as well so that we could just apply the credit to the entire account.
Yes! Having a family transaction log instead of one for each individual student would be so helpful and easier to read for parents.
Yes! To add to this, I sent out accounts and then processed auto-payments. A parent was charged $25 more than what was owing on their parent account because one student was in credit while the other 2 had fees owing. When the account was sent out the $25 credit reduced the overall balance owing, but when the auto-payment was processed it charged each student's fees individually meaning the parent was charged more than the account balance and one student remained in credit.
