Just a portal question.
I just realised today that anyone (including competitors) can make bogas profiles just to get into our system. They can see all our pricing and waivers and online store. I have had many of these come through from people stating a date of birth that makes them 67 with no student details to bogas student details and parents playing around with date of births (changing them in order to get into older classes). There should be some restrictions here.
Is there anyway that only those that enrol see the full portal? And then those that have not enrolled only get to see the timetable?
Totally agree. What a great idea! We would also like to see access to portal information defined further. Would it be possible to define a select group of parents and/or students to share files with. This would be so beneficial for our competition team parents and/or kids as the information/files are only relevant to them. Thanks for your consideration.
