Include inactive/past seasons in class reports

It would be great if we can use data from past seasons in some of the class reports.

Pasts seasons show in some reports but for example "Class Counts by Season" report only shows currently active seasons. Would be good to be able to pull up this report for a previous season or certain date to compare data.
