DSP is going up to $39 per month as of Jan 1, 2022 in order to offer phone support but I dont need phone support. DSP has been great about getting back to me over email or the chat feature. Can you please make this price change optional? If people want phone support, they should be able to get it... and pay for it. We don't need that feature at this time and we want to keep our costs as low as possible coming out of COVID. The screenshots provided over email and text have been more helpful than a person telling me what to do over the phone. Please create a tier for phone support and one that does not.
I had to check if this was my comment because I wrote the exact same thing to them when I heard they were raising their rates because of this unnecessary phone support. It should definitely be optional, but they're not willing to listen on this one.

We did consider offering this as a tiered price, but there's not a great way to implement it without causing confusion and frustration for customers. Opening phone support to everyone allows you to reach someone if you need to quickly. The price increase also allows us to continue to innovate and keep up with other rising costs.
Agree, I don't need phone support if email support is an option; and don't like to know that I am having to pay extra for those that need phone support.
