Add a note or customize admin punches on dance card so we can keep track of what it is for

This is helpful because right now it only says the date and admin punch.

    This would be extremely helpful! We just switched software and teachers had issues. Now I have to go in through admin to punch but there is no option to write what class I am punching for.
