Error when downloading reports to excel

Hello,

Every report we try to open with the download to excel functionality gives the error "The file format and extension of 'season_waitlist_students_20211011 (1).xls' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust its source, don't open it. Do you want to open it anyway?"

Can you please correct this so the report recognizes excel and stops displaying this error message?
