The online store is ok but very basic. Unfortunately the inventory does not update for each sale (when using one item with multiple sizes etc chosen through a drop down box).
Inventory should be updated for each sale and therefore show when an item is sold out so it cannot be ordered.
It's impossible to run reports to show what has been sold by size, colour etc., when using the store set up without having to set up an item for every single size.
My customers were showing me from the client-facing portal store, there doesn't appear to be a way to add pr decrease values for items.. eg. tights increase from , one item to two.
YES! we cannot use the inventory since it is just for all sizes and there is no way to enter inventory for each size so the inventory tracking is basically useless and staff has to literally manually count everything each month.
Size and color options are a must for online order inventory or the inventory is useless to us. This needs to tie into stopping them from ordering only the sizes that are out of stock.
Totally agree that the inventory for each size needs to update under the one listing.
We have to do a regular stocktake which is so time consuming as we have lots of products. So I really hope this is moved to the list of jobs they are planning to do.
Also agree. Maybe why the online store doesnt have a high proportion of votes because the store is very lacking in general interest/uptake.
to control sizes you currently would need to create individual items for each size of each garment type. Not ideal.
Agreed- this is a major shortcoming wrt sizing and colours.
YES please update so that the inventory for each size on the one listing can automatically update. We have to do a regular stocktake every few weeks to know what stock we need to order in.
We are looking to change to another platform that automatically allows for multiple options on the one listing and updates the inventory. Coz DSP online store doesn’t offer this.
