It would be nice to have the option to check off hours or "approve" ones that I have looked at and compared to our schedules prior to running payroll. This way I don't have to go through all hours right before running payroll making sure they are all correct and there are no double entries/changed dates, etc. Having over 20 staff members and classes, private lessons, workshops, etc all on there make it take quite a bit of time.
If we could approve them and have some sort of marking so I can check weekly (or even daily) that the teachers wouldn't be able to change once approved, it would save so much time.
Also if we could edit the entries on the teachers individual pages as well as the payroll one.
