Here is the business case that larger studios are facing:
We have multiple administrators working at the front desk at the same time. We need to track which administrator collects how much cash along with other types of income at the end of a day. The current billing reports(e.g. Payments and Credits Report) do not contain DSP user information for a transaction. As a result, it is impossible to keep track of cash flow from each administrator.
In addition, another highly useful feature is to keep track of the cash amount in the cash drawer.
I don't think you understood my case: we need the billing report to show the user ID for each transaction and total.
For now, you'd need them to either be logged into multiple devices or log out and log back in between transactions - but we do capture who logs the transaction in the Credits Posted by User Report (More > Reports > Billing tab). We'll keep you posted on future developments though.
