Unbundled Discounts

I want to be able to view and track discounts given to individuals and families. Rather than auto-applying a percentage discount to tuition and showing the resulting discounted tuition, I want a line item of tuition and a second line item of discounts applied this will help for accounting and planning purposes as well as showing parents exactly what they're getting off of their bills. --Extends beyond tuition, but that's obviously the biggest.
