Custom dates for billing cycle rather than calendar months.

It would be great if we could set our dates according to the session rather than the month. Example: we started classes the week of Sept. 13. The next 4 week billing cycle hits on Oct. 11, then Nov. 8, etc. The statement has September 30 so that was confusing for parents who didn't read the email :)
