Regular monthly fees that are not tuition could be set up once at the start of the season and then added each month with the click of a button, instead of manually adding fees for every class every month. |
How should this work? |
Just like the "post tuition" button and tuition entry field, add a field for "recurring class fee" (amount, transaction code). When posting tuition, similar button to "post recurring class fee" and the specific fee(s) for that class are added to accounts automatically (just like tuition). |

Admins and staff, as well as families - more accurate (less chance for human error), saved time with billing process every month. |
