We would have final counts on costumes. Currently we have to add up each class. This would allow a combined report of all costumes ordered so we order the correct TOTAL number. Not for each class. We order the same costume for three different classes. |
How should this work? |
I would need a report just for ordering that is more an excel sheet than anything. It would just spit out the data as vendor, item number, COLOR would be a great difference item, but that would need to be changed under costumes within the class when adding. I would do it there instead of in the notes, and then if we had the option to add class titles that the costume went with it would be great |
