Allows parents to see clearly amounts still owed, due dates and if a partial payment has been applied to an item and what the remaining balance on that particular item is. |

In the Statement Area have an option to download Unpaid Journal History |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Admin receiving full payments instead of balances of items, parents not overpaying when a full amount is not due. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This will alleviate carrying over partial payments and allow parents full transparency of what is left on on what items. |
Since I have been sending the print out of Unpaid Journal History to
parents, it's a game changer!!!
