When looking back through roll sheets, I need to see who was actually there. Currently, if someone drops a class, they are removed from all roll sheets. They should be removed from their drop date forward. Also, if someone adds a class mid-season, they should only be on the attendance sheet from the date they enroll forward. They should not be added to the roll sheet from the start of the class. |

students should show up on the roll sheets only for the dates that they are enrolled, from add date to drop date (or end of season, for those who don't drop) |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
administrators and instructors will benefit, as they can easily go back and look at roll sheets, and see who was actually there or absent. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
Right now, if someone adds midseason, the previous roll sheets show that attendance isn't taken. I have to go back and enter them as absent, and make a note that they weren't actually enrolled. |
