Students and Admin. Students who are in multiple classes that are waitlisted, forcing to choose gives room for those on the waitlist sooner. It helps admin not have to go through 500 students. |

It makes the clients happier. They get into classes they want quicker instead of months of waitlists because others are hogging. |
