When a new lead comes in or a new parent account is created, we want to suggest classes for students to register in, however from the Student Actions section, the classes do not show age ranges. |
How should this work? |
Just like when you search classes from the main menu, add a column that shows Min/Max for age ranges for each class with the ability to sort the classes by ages by clicking on the filters at the top. It would be nice if this header could be customized to show only the info we require. We don't need to see gender or fee in my list, but do need to see age range! |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Admin will benefit from this as they will not have to switch between two screens when suggesting classes to future students, and then remember all the classes when they go back to the students profile ! Suggesting classes for the right age is a critical part of suggesting new classes for students |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
Much less clicking! if we can see all the information on one screen, there will be fewer errors and less chance of missing a class that could apply. |
