It's a complete pain to enter costume details for each class a costume is used in. It would be so helpful to have a costume library with all costumes. Once we add a costume's details into the costume library, we can then assign a costume in the library to multiple classes at one time. |
How should this work? |
Sort of like the way you can assign students to a class. For that, you open a specific class, click Students, and at the bottom of the page is a list of all students. You can add a student to the class by checking the box in front of their name and then clicking Add Checked students.
It would be nice for this to work similarly with adding costumes. Open a class, click costumes, and then there's a list of available costumes (that we have previously set up in the costume library) to choose from, to assign to the class.. |

Admins - saves time. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
Every time we have a recital, it would mean so much less admin work. Right now, if 5 classes use the same costume, we have to enter the details 5 times (once per class). |
