It would be very helpful to have an option to archive past accounts that we need to retain for financial and record-keeping purposes but no longer want included in emails or other studio communications.
Ideally, accounts could be separated into three categories: Active, Inactive, and Archived. This would allow us to preserve important historical and financial information while keeping former families who are no longer connected to the studio out of our current communication lists.
