The class schedule should automatically block the studio time on the appointment calendar so that private lessons can't be booked during class time. The class calendar already populates in the appointment calendar but it doesn't block out the time to avoid double booking.

Classes times are automatically booked the studio space on the appointment calendar. If a class time changes then the change is reflected in the appointment calendar

We spend 3 hours entering all of our classes in 4 studios as appointments so that a student can't book a privae when a class is in session
