Able to add from students list for assistant #2, #3 and #4

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Not having to add every teaching assistant as a teacher or staff member. When emailed/texting the hole class, the assistant also gets the information just like the teacher

How should this work?

be able to search the students name when you click one of the assistant boxes

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin - less work

Staff - being able to see their assistant name on their side

Students - allowing them to have their assistant classes on their calendars in their portal, making sure they are getting all information

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Helps us keep our TAs straight, allows us to add TAs subs to the class. Makes sure we are able to communicate well, less chance for mistakes
