Assign tasks to multiple people or groups at a time

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Efficiency. It is so time consuming to assign tasks individually. If I could assign by groups or multiple people it would make this so much better.

How should this work?

In settings have a "projects and tasks" menu. Admin creates all tasks on the admin side. Then have a list of staff members to assign to and the admin can click all the boxes "check all" or only check staff members they need for that task. All tasks and projects are saved for easy repeated use.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Easily assign tasks to everyone faster, be able to utilize sharing "how to" videos or pictures for the task instructions. A simplified and consistent system for project management.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

I get to stop following up via text and email. All teachers have "upload recital music", "upload costumes", "send welcome emails" as a task. I just pull a report of completed tasks and can see who needs a reminder. All projects are housed in the business app rather than through personal communications and can be properly documented.
