Create a Drop Category to remove students from Inactive

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Any student not currently enrolled in a class is listed as Inactive. We have parents signing up with incomplete information and they are in the Inactive category along with students who have dropped from the program. Constant checking the Inactive list for new people.

How should this work?

When a student is no longer enrolled, they will be added to the Former Student or Drop category.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

All staff who use the system to organize the program benefit - Admin, Staff.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Another significant benefit is that records of previous students are not deleted to clean up the Inactive roll. Especially in th gymnastics world it is critical to maintain attendance and business record for a number of years. Without the Drop category, the inactive list can number into the 100s or even 1000s.
