What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve? |
Users cannot see what (if any) extra fees a particular class has without pulling a report or going into an individual class. As a result, we were not able to see that one of our classes erroneously had a negative extra class fee, which caused an issue in my tuition billing. |
How should this work? |
Having extra tuition viewable at a glance on the classes page (right inside the fee box) would be extremely helpful. |
Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)? |
Admins, Staff (and even Parents, if the feature conveys over to the registration page) would benefit from this change. |
How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience? |
This would make it easier for staff to communicate with families when answering questions about tuition. This would also allow us to view all the classes that have extra fees, what those fees are. |
