Charge more than 100% Tuition at Registration

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

When registering for a class in the fall, we have our families pay 2 months tuition up front (first month - September - and last month - June) and then charge monthly by posting tuition from October to May. This helps us collect tuition for the final month if a student drops in the middle of the year or for the final month before recital.

We can NOT use class fees, as that will not reflect family tuition discounts or unlimited tuition price caps that we have in place with our tuition rates.

How should this work?

There is already an option asking what percentage tuition should be collected at the time of registration, however it is a dropdown menu from 1-100% and does not allow more. If the dropdown included up to 200% that would allow us to collect 2 months of tuition.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins - right now we are manually changing our tuition costs to reflect double the amount. Before we post tuition on October 1st, we have to manually go back and change all of the tuition rates manually again.

Students/Families - it is confusing to families as they see the listed tuition as "doubled" when they are registering. We have to remind them that the actual price that will be charged will be half of that amount October-May.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will make our yearly set up much easier as well as no longer needing to remember to change the prices back. It will also make the tuition costs more clear for our families.
