Add a non DSP client appointment with phone number

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We do evaluaition appointments, and even fittings with people who are not yet part of our studio

How should this work?

Have the ability to type in a student's name who isn't in DSP with a phone number attached, so that they could still receive the auto reminders

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Staff will benefit for being able to keep all appointments in one place. Customers will benefit because the auto reminders are very helpful.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will increase efficiency and organization. It will also ensure that we are not double booked for a particular time if someone books online for an appointment that had been also scheduled not in DSP
