Auto Cancel Class when student minimum has not been met by a certain date/time

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We need to cancel classes that don't reach a minimum number of students by 9am on the date of class. These are classes that only accept drop ins.

How should this work?

when 9 am hits, anybody that has signed up for the class will be emailed/texted a cancelation notification

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin/staff

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

I wouldn't have to email people and cancel manually.
