Duplicate accounts

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Makes sure there are not multiple of the same student account with charges on separate accounts where some charges are not getting paid for.

How should this work?

Maybe have a button at the top of the student list (Search for Duplicate Account) Or in the drop down of Magic somewhere

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admin, Students, Studio Owners, Parents

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

I have had at least 2 accounts that I have had to update today. I have previously tried to merge two student accounts, but it for some reason didn't merge them? It would greatly help us make sure we are getting paid correctly for classes, drop in classes, pop up classes, etc.
