More receipt options

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Provides users with additional options for managing how receipts are sent, displayed, inclusions and exclusions.

How should this work?

Right now, the only option under the receipts section is the message at the bottom of the receipt. There should be additional user options including:
~ Automatically email receipt to customer after payment is made/processed
~ Itemize receipt to include items paid/category, transaction code (optional) and memo (optional)
~ Incorporate conveience fee / surcharge into item cost, convenience fee/surcharge as a separate line item, hide convenience fee/surcharge
~ Include dancer Name, followed by transactions (helpful primarly with autopay)
~ Allow parents to access receipts in Parent Portal (currently can only view statements)
~ Apply receipt settings to TicketPro transactions
~ Apply receipt settings to Online Store purchases.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Admins & Families (parents) would both benefit from this change as it will prevent unecessary communication, answer parent questions and make information easier to obtain for all parties involved.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Considerably. We receive a lot of requests from parents to get copies of past receipts and when we send them, they don't have a lot of information, causing additional questions.
