We work across multiple site and need to be able to move private lessons to different locations on different days. Show location details on the confirmation email and if location is changed, send update to parent |
How should this work? |
Within each servce have an option to customise the venues for different times on each day. eg. if parent books private lesson on a Tuesday it will be a location A but if they book on a Thursday it will be location B. Make it possible to go back into the lesson and change the location - send a notification to the parent to let them know of the change |

Massively! This is currently preventing us from being able to use the private lessons part of SP at all |
Yes please would love the location of private lesson to be included on the confirmation email so I don't constantly have parents writing asking which studio it will be held in!
