Waitlist by class

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Having the ability to turn off the waitlist across the board presents an issue when it is only a couple of classes that have large waitlists.

How should this work?

The ability to activate/deactivate the waitlist option within each class individually.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

This helps the studio still offer the waitlist option but won't get the dancer's hopes up if they are #10 on the waitlist.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Right now to get around this once the waitlist is more than 5 we remove the option to register. This causes people to email looking for the class and we have to explain over and over that it is full and not taking anymore waitlist requests. Also, it will prevent the dancer/family from getting their hopes up if they are far down on the waitlist.
