add fields for dance type (lookup) and comp/rec.

the type of dance is a very important piece of metadata for us to track. capturing this in an additional field without reporting ability is a limitation.

How should this work?

Expand the fields available in the native classes

rethink how you've structured Classes.

add fields for Type (jazz, tap ....); group (ages, comp team, some other descriptor), and a concat for the title (w/ an override).

additionally, adding a boolean for comp/rec is really helpful for sorting & filtering classes.
