Don't call adult students siblings if they also have children who are students

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

We have some adult students who are also parents of child students. Their profiles list them as their child's sibling.

How should this work?

Link students and parents, so if a user is marked as a parent, don't assume they are a sibling just because they are a student.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Our adult students will be less confused.
