Ideas Portal
The Event List Report should have an option to print with the details and also with what we have selected to show in the parent portal. Printing details allows studios to post events at the studio for quick review by students & staff or even hand them out for parents to hang at home.
Having the ability to also print the list based by what we selected to show in the portal would be beneficial.
We use the 'do not share event' for staff only items like staff meetings, music selection due dates, etc, Having the ability to select by 'do not share event' AND include the details would allow us to provide the full calendar to our staff members. To take it further, perhaps add an option to share event to staff members as well so it shows up in their portal.

Add the choices to select with detail or not as a box check. Then also by drop down for what we selected as an option to show in parent portal. |
