Ticket Cart for Multiple Events

Some parents wish to buy tickets for multiple events, but have to purchase those tickets separately, and are then open to multiple CC processing fees.

How should this work?

Could there be a cart that they can place tickets from multiple events into, and then check out, just like an online store.
