Mark all items as "Paid" automatically when a balance is $0.

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Currently many parents have confusion when they make online payments and their balance shows $0 but then in the overdue category there is a value showing because there are items with due dates not selected as part of their payment. This happens when they choose to pay their full balance option instead of selecting "other" and assigning their payment toward specific items.

How should this work?

Whenever a parent pays their full balance, the system would automatically mark all items with a due date as paid.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Efficiency + Accuracy, as right now I have to open each account separately to manually mark items as paid even with the account balance is $0. It would also help avoid automatic late fees that are applied to certain items.
