Report to show Additional Family Members

What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

I want a report that can show all the additional family member contacts and which items are selected for them. We currently have a lot of split families where the additional contact does not have access to all options ( the paying parent does not want them to have access to accounts) I want a report to show all

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Currently you are advising that I have to run a report of all parents and go through and review each contact on the list. This is a bit crazy that I have to manually view every contact.
