What specific challenge or problem does this idea solve?

Easier to navigate the menu bar. Current menu bar is not easy to find what's needed. Need to look through every menu to find what's needed. Can be more organized.

How should this work?

Categorize menu by student, classes, Appointment (private lessons) for the front desk daily usage. Report, recital management and setting should be in separate tab for manager level above to use. This tab should be more hidden. Daily operation tabs should be on visible on the dashboard.

Who will benefit (Admins, Staff, Students)?

Everyone will benefit. It's hard for all parties to navigate as of now. Not easy to see or find.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

Everyday. We just moved to dsp from other softwares. Love DSP's versatility for dance studio specific business but the interface and the ease of the usage is far behind from current AI driven, or new generation of software with cleaner interface and ease of navigation.
