By Admin being able to select which location each item should be sold to, this allows one item to be uploaded and checked to appear on stores across all locations, or for example, sell tickets or certain items to only appear in one location's store.

Everyone. Customers are not being sold items that don't apply to their location, and admin can clearly share items to specific locations which also helps to see which items are doing well in each location, and reporting for each location.

How will this change impact your daily tasks or overall experience?

This will mean customers are not overwhelmed with store items that don't apply to them, it prevents customers buying/booking items sold for the wrong location, and means less admin time spent both clarifying and figuring how which items need to go where for staff.
